As a UK consumer, you are protected by the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, which provide you with statutory rights in addition to our own returns policy. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK law.
1. 📦 Our 30-Day Returns Policy
We offer a 30-day returns policy. This means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
⚖️ Your UK Statutory Rights: Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you also have a statutory 14-day cooling-off period from the date you receive your goods, during which you may cancel your order for any reason without giving any justification. Our 30-day policy is more generous than the statutory minimum and does not affect your legal rights.

⚠️ Please Note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender.
4. ⚠️ Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item is:

⚖️ Your UK Statutory Rights: Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, if goods are faulty, not as described or not fit for purpose, you have the right to:
- A full refund within 30 days of purchase
- A repair or replacement after 30 days
- A price reduction or final right to reject after one failed repair or replacement attempt
5. 🚫 Exceptions — Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned. These include:

⚖️ Please Note: Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, certain categories of goods are exempt from the right to cancel, including personalised items, perishable goods and sealed hygiene products that have been unsealed after delivery. However, your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 regarding faulty or misdescribed goods always apply.
6. 🔁 Exchanges
The quickest way to obtain the item you want is to return the item you have and, once the return has been accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Please follow the returns process outlined in Section 3 above to initiate your return. Once approved, you are welcome to place a new order for your preferred item.
7. 🇬🇧 UK Statutory 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason.
To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision to cancel within the 14-day cooling-off period by contacting us at:

⚖️ Please Note: Return shipping costs for change-of-mind cancellations under the cooling-off period are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or misdescribed.
8. 💰 Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you by e-mail to confirm whether your refund request has been approved or declined.
